1. Surveillance Quality: The type of agents selected for a given surveillance mission determines how effective the operation will be in achieving proportionate outcomes.
2. Agent Limitations: Despite our best efforts, agents often overlook or are unable to identify the subject in two out of every ten cases. This is a common occurrence, even for the most prestigious investigative agencies, such as the CBI and IB.
3. Service Fees: The fees we have quoted include the necessary expenses. Fees for additional information will apply both before and after the report is submitted.
Non-Refundable Payments: There are no refunds for any of the money received.
4. Unexpected Results: The results of surveillance may not match what clients had anticipated; our agency and its representatives are not responsible for these differences.
5. Reports Disclaimer: Reports, whether verbal or written, are not regarded as official legal documents.
6. Liability Waiver: Clients who use our services agree to bear the risk of any lawsuits or other problems that result from the subject’s reaction to surveillance.
7.Telephonic Reporting: Reports over the phone are only given out if something significant happens.
8. Surveillance Challenges: Clients should be aware of the practical difficulties agents encounter when conducting surveillance, such as the restricted opportunities for covert video recording resulting from the subject’s movements and the possibility of agent exposure.
9. Equipment Limitations: Our agents or agencies are not liable for any technical restrictions or equipment malfunctions.
10. Force Majeure Events: We cannot be held responsible for interruptions to surveillance caused by political upheaval, police meddling, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
11. Client Understanding: Should a subject exhibit suspicious or hypersensitive behavior while under surveillance, causing our agents to cease operations, this is regarded as an assignment risk that cannot be avoided, and the agency is released from liability.
